The VR film “History of Russian Bureaucracy” was created for the Palace of Public Services exhibition at VDNH. The project places the viewer in several historical periods and shows how public service and paperwork changed over time. Based on the creative concept by visuals.ru, we developed the stereo camera setup, supervised production, modeled part of the environments, composited the actor into the scenes, and delivered the final render. The project was produced together with the visuals.ru team.
